Microsoft Access and Mail Merge
I have a database that list my customers and the products they order. Example; I have customer ABC and they purchased three different products and each product they purchase has its own ID. The customer buys apples, 1 ID, Bananas 2 ID & Pineapple 3 ID.
I am trying to do a mail merge on a single word document and that has section for each of these products, all on the same page. I am trying to merge all three products to this one page. When I do the mail merge page 1 will have product 1 ID then when I go to the next page it has product 2 ID and so on. How can I get multiple products to show up on page? Is this even possible? |

Yes it is possible but not straightforward. You are trying to do a catalog type merge which is also known as a "many to one" merge.
I would recommend you have a look at Graham Mayor's website and get hold of his addin which addresses this problem.Merge Many To One You could also learn a lot by reading the post that Macropod has pinned at the top of the Mail Merge forum - see https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...-tutorial.html
