Hello All,
I have an excel spreadsheet with 45 rows of consecutive numbering (eg 0001 to 00045). I need to print out 16 sets of these labels. The label sheet I am using has 165 labels per sheet (11 columns & 15 rows). I can get the mail merge to print out the first 45 labels, but how do I repeat for another 15 sets? Many thanks in advance.

The simplest method would be to create a worksheet with the 45 records repeated 16 times and merge that sheet to labels. If required, sort the revised worksheet on the numbered column.
