Default Mail Merge label that has been split into four sections

Using Word/Excel 365

I have a label (Avery 5866) that I am using in a mail merge. I have split the label into four sections by using the "draw table" function. When I attempt to mail merge, I get the message, "In order to apply the selected label options, Word must delete the current contents of "Label 5866.docx"

Is there a workaround for this so I can use this existing document?

See attached for both documents.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Karen
