Merge different PDF to Different receivers

Hello,

I work at a school and we wish to could do the following:

We have:
1 folder with PDF files with names like BRON-PIETJE MARIETJE - H2A
Every file diffent name, same format

We want so send those PDF files to the parents, so the parent only gets de PDF from his/her child.

I know how to merge a mailinglist and send the same PDF to al the parents, but is there a way to do as I descibe above?
