I have a workbook that has the following columns:
Store# | Name | Address | Store Information | Status I want to use these fields to merge into a memo that looks like: Store # Name Address Store Information Thank you ..... However, If the status column indicates that the Store is Closed, I want the merge document to remove the line of Store #, so that closed stores memos would look like this: Name Address Store Information Thank you ..... Is there a way to do this? Not sure if it would be the If...Then...Else statement or if I have to manually remove the Store # line for closed stores. |
