filter recipients screen
Hi everybody,
I am trying to use mail merge to create some basic letters but when I try to filter the recipients from my exel sheet I get a strange screen that I havent seen in any of the instructional videos online. I am using office 365 on my Mac book pro. See image of the screen I am referring to. Why dont I get the list with all the recipient names and the little check boxes next to them? Apologies for the size of the screen shot. Im so over this
