Hello
I am merging an Access Query into a Word document but the British Post code, which is showing correctly in the database and query is not correct in the Word document. i.e. PO25 1AE is correct but in the word document it comes out PO251AE. I guess I need a switch on the mailmerge for the postalcode to enforce the space but I've tried \@>LL99\ 0LL but it doesn't want to know. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks Jan |
