Hello again, In a few months ago I obtained from you a much appreciated support to prepare a letter containing grouped information in tables using mail merge. Now I have faced a new challenge of how to adjust the tables to include different format of data. When I try for example to change the column written in this format (DD-MMM-YYYY) to this format (MMM-YY) the totals at the end of the table disappear. For more clarifications I attach my attempt and result I obtain and would appreciate if you help me to generate a new letter. I am a beginner in mail merge. Thank you |
