Given that it appears the pool of witnesses are your own staff, and the notaries are also from a similar pool of names, it should be relatively simple to produce a macro with a userform with a list box from which to select the witnesses and a combo box to select the notary and write the selections to content controls in the 8 documents. See Create a userform
