Simply insert the required mergefield in each cell, plus «Next Record» fields in all 'Sl. No' cells but the first.

If this is not possible with mail merge.. please suggest any other way to get printout as shown in word format.

Hi. I tried the <<Next Record>> in my mail merge document but the addressee (merge field) on the second record of the first page is repeated on the first record of the second page.
