Mail merge
Hello I have a table in excel that is a packing list of items. Let’s say an international carnet. I want to do a mail merge to print out “reports” or “labels” that have multiple lines of the table on one label. For a simple example Item A - crate 1 Item B - crate 1 Item c - crate 2 Item d - crate 2 So the crate 1 label would have “Crate 1” on the top and below that a table or just list of what has “crate 1” in the column. This could be 100 items, and 200 crates. I’m not a coder. I see that “directory” may be a good option, but I’m trying to figure out hours to tell it that I only want things with the same crate number to be on one label then go to the next label. To expand on this, can it make a table that auto formats to include one row per value? Then if there was one value, there would be one row, but if 20 items, 20 rows. Thanks. |
