Default Adding a Table with an "IF" Statement

Is it possible to add a Table (Table has Text only) using a "IF" statement?

i.e.: {IF <<Opportunity_State>> = "CA" "Add the Table" ""}
So if the Merge Field "Opportunity_State", the Add the Table to the Doc, else, leave the Table out.

Thank you,
Shawn
