Mail Merge with multiple rows of data

Hello,
I am trying to do a mail merge with multiple rows of data per recipient. Our IT installed Gmayor and Doug Robbins' add-ins but both of them stop before I can run the process itself.
So now I was looking into doing the codes myself. I have found a case that might work for me but even when I typed the code exactly (I know about the Alt F9 and chevron issues), it still does not work. I have uploaded a copy of my codes. Pressing Alt F9 only shows:

Even the one macropod did for daymaker successfully does not come properly in my computer. When I press Alt F9, only these comes up:

If you are having a problem with one of my add-ins, why don't you contact me via my web site and explain what it is that you are trying to do (Clue: the attachment format is not compatible with the addin - or Doug's for that matter)?

Error for Gmayor says runtime error 94: invalid use of Null while Doug's says 5941 The requested member of the collection does not exist.

Issue was with the downloaded version. This is sorted. Thanks a lot! Just asking Graham on how I can fix it so some mergefields do not repeat as many times as there are records.

Evidently, you haven't implemented either addin correctly. As Graham said, you should contact him via his website for support.

If you're asking about either of the addins, no; only those who've created them can help you with that.

If you're asking about the field coding in the attachment to your first post, it's because you have a number of errors in the field coding, including a lack of spaces at critical points and the omission of REF in one of the KEY field references. This is evidently the result of trying to recreate the field coding from scratch instead of simply copying the working field code from the tutorial and making the minimal edits that would be required for your situation.
