Highlight Fields after Breaking Link
Hello, Fairly novice to Word. I am working with a mail merge doc that I would have reviewed by another party who will not have access to the link and therefore the ODB link will be broken. I want them to review my mail merge fields and I need the fields to be highlighted. When I break the link, highlighting the fields is no longer an option. Is there an easy solution? Any feedback helps. Thank you
