Hi Paul, thanks for stepping up with assistance.
This issue, as well as the one posted here https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...y-newpost.html appears to be unique to my home computer. These problems, as well as other odd mail merge deficiencies I am unable to replicate on my office computer. Everything works perfect on my work computer.
