If someone can advise of another issue regarding this process, that would be great. The template is in Times Roman 11 font, and all inserted field data comes from the same database, but I noticed when the mail merge is complete, some of the names brought in are in TR 12 font and some are in TR11. I also noticed that with some of the finished letters, there is an extra row, e.g.,
Should be: Enclosure: ABC: AB What I'm getting but not on all letters: Enclosure: ABC: AB Thanks again.
