See Mailmerge Empty Line Suppression in the Mailmerge Tips and Tricks Sticky thread at the top of this forum:
https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...ps-tricks.html Since your data apparently contains '-' in the 'empty' records, you'll need to use the IF test approach and change the "" to "-".
