Frankly because of the circular shape I would align the text to the centre of the label to avoid spillage, but you can work directly from Word's label L7166 format.

I think you do know you're stuff but is there a beginner type manual for email merging different rows in an excel spreadsheet?

I'm having trouble following your instructions to the letter and it doesn't merge correctly.
