That's basic word-processing - in any word-processor; it's what you get when you press the Enter key. If you don't understand even that much, you've got a lot more to learn before worrying about mailmerges...

You need to learn the basics of how to use a word-processor first. You can't expect to be able do something as advanced as a mailmerge without at least some basic understanding of the software you're using.

Exactly how do you expect anyone to help you when you can't be bothered taking the time to learn the basics???

I've even posted a document with the basic lay out. Take more than a nanosecond to learn how to use Word and you might start making some progress.

We're always willing to help, but you've got to make an effort too!!!

Frankly because of the circular shape I would align the text to the centre of the label to avoid spillage, but you can work directly from Word's label L7166 format.
Hi Graham

I think you do know you're stuff but is there a beginner type manual for email merging different rows in an excel spreadsheet?

I'm having trouble following your instructions to the letter and it doesn't merge correctly.
