I have a document I want to merge my names into, but I need them to go down and not across. I have a list of names for each crew, see example.
A crew D crew B crew C crew Lastname, First Lastname, First Lastname, First Lastname, First I have my query in order by Crew, then last name. I need it to fill in each starting with the A crew, then the D crew, B crew, C crew. It is filling with A, D, B, C. So the rest of my A crew people are coming up in different crew lists in my word document. How can I make it fill down, then the next column in my document? Thank you.
