Many thanks for the quick response. I'm not sure how this would help as my query is nothing to do with "email"; it's a standard business letter whereby head office can respond and just change the FROM address at the top of the letter. Thanks for your quick response. I'm not sure how this helps, perhaps I need to clarify this is nothing to do with "email". I'm in Head Office and trying to respond to a client using our branch address of the client's area. |

Apologies for delay in responding.
I've looked into your suggestion and seemed to have resolved my issue using a nested IF statement, similarly for the Branch signatory at the bottom of the letter.
