thanks for the reply, so the fault is with the original word merge document I assume?
At work I cannot visit your page as it is blocked as unsafe, I will have to look at that at home. I can only find to replace section breaks individually, so I would have to go through each page, all 244 of them to correct this, not an automatic feature I assume? thanks David
