You could merge to separate documents using http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm. which would sort out the problem.
Or
you could use instead Page of SectionPages which will number the sections separately.

Or
You could replace the section breaks with page breaks which will allow it to number from 1 to 244



I guess it depends what the final result is to be.
