I have created an access database for my Word document. I want to see the currency number $100.00, for example, in my word document. When I merge the document, the number appears as 100. If there are cents in the number, the two decimals appear however. The access field is set up as currency for both Data Type and Format.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

I could not find in Word where I would format the mail merge field for a currency or numerical. Not sure what to do here. I have been using Word since it was invited. The date field format is working perfectly.
