Hi Jen,

With the code you now have, to execute the merge, you'd add something like to following, to run on the output document post-merge.

  While .Characters.Last.Previous Like "[" & vbCr & Chr(12) & "]"
    .Characters.Last.Previous.Delete
  Wend
End With
