It works for me using the approach outlined under Managing Mailmerge Graphics in the Mailmerge Tips and Tricks Sticky thread at the top of this forum:
https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...ps-tricks.html It even works for me with a basic INCLUDEPICTURE field using a MERGEFIELD for the image name.
