We have a mail merge formula that uses an IF statement to ask for more information if a lookup matches a particular value.
{IF"Fullname"="Santa Claus"{ASK what"What do you want for Christmas?"\o}{Ref what \*MERGEFORMAT}"} Whilst it does what we want it to do it asks for the information3 times before it does it i.e. the "What do you want for Christmas?" dialogue box pops up 3 times (not all at once). Any ideas on what is causing this? Many thanks in advance Gary |
