If all three fields have identical formatting switches, all three should generate the same output format. That said:
• problems of this kind often arise where the field in the data source contains mixed data types (e.g. text, plus numbers or dates). You can coerce such fields to perform numerically using the technique described under Force '0' Substitution for Empty/Missing Records in the Mailmerge Tips and Tricks Sticky thread at the top of this forum (https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...ps-tricks.html) • there should be spaces around the numeric picture switches (e.g. { MERGEFIELD "Collection_Total" \# €,0.00 })
