Preview not matcdoes h the actual mailmerge [Video]

Hi, mailmerge is not delivering the preview results and I'm not sure why. This video shows the problem:

I'm attaching the word file as well as the source file of the list. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

If this is a letter merge, then you should not have the {NEXT} Record field. Letter merges create a new 'Letter' for each record.
