It is really only practical for a mailmerge to add a second name from a different record to the same label. Adding a second name to a label is only practical if the second name occurs in a field for the same record.
Thus, if your Excel data are laid out like: Mr John Smith|Ms Sarah Jones|123 Maple St|Anytown|NJ|10365 where the | character indicates a different cell, merging both names to the same label is quite feasible, but not if the data are laid out like: Mr John Smith|123 Maple St|Anytown|NJ|10365 Ms Sarah Jones|123 Maple St|Anytown|NJ|10365
