I used MM to bring specific columns of data from an Excel spreadsheet into Word & create placards for pallets of material. Different lines have different font size, etc. Basically 4 lines (columns) per page, for 225 Rows of data.
I tried using "Normal Word Document" under Start Mail Merge, but to print a range it still requires me to use an "s" before each page# (s2-s5). I got the impression that if I created it as a "Normal Word Document", I should be able to print normally. Any way I can make the output document print like a normal Word document? Any help is appreciated. |
