I tried "Directory". It did allow normal printing (no "s"), but unfortunately it also removed the formatting/protection that kept the data on each separate page.

If something took an extra line due to size, it pushed info to the next page, or sometimes it pulled info back from the next page.

Guess I'm stuck with using the "s" for printing ranges. Not a huge problem since what I'm doing requires the entire range be done anyway.

It would have been nice, if I send the file to someone else, that they could print a range without special instructions.

I appreciate the help.
