Can anyone help me with this please?
I have some problems with the mail merge in msword 2003. Here is an example of my data source from excel Code Name unit_cost Closing_stock_quantity 123 abc £123 13 321 bac £321 0 231 adsa £451 0 So i try to set up a mail merge to see which item i need to order. i want to reorder the item with 0 closing stock quantity. My mailmerge is in a table like the one above in excel but i am having problem with the field codes/word field. I only want to show the records that have the "closing_stock_quantity" is 0 but can't after hours trying to figure it out Here's what my failed mail merge look like ![]() Any help would be grateful |
