Hello Paul,
Yes. I am referring to the extra space where the text would place if met qualifier. Trying to figure out how to delete space so document looks proper when text is not there. Afraid I am new to the Word logic and I am unclear on how to complete. I will research and see if I can locate a How To doc on working with If logic Many thanks, Derek
