I am printing labels from an Excel spreadsheet through Word mail merge. I have a delivery code which I wish to keep separate from the address part of the label. Is it possible to leave the main address fields as "left justify" and at the bottom have the delivery code as "right justified"? If it is possible, how do I set it up?

Hi Sandym, I am no expert, but doesn't highlighting the required mailmerge field on your label and pressing CTRL+R work?

That will work provided the mergefield is in a different paragraph, not just a different line in the same paragraph; otherwise, you could use a right-aligned tabstop at the required position, coupled with a tab character before the mergefield.
