I am using Mail Merge in Word 2010 to create a contract in rich text format. I'm using a switch:
{ MERGEFIELD AlphabeticOrdinal \f ) } When the document gets to letter z) instead it inserts an underscore _). All other letter designations are inserted correctly in front of each contract term. Has anyone run into this problem before? |

Hi khinnenkamp,
The \f switch you're using says only to insert ')' after the field - if it isn't empty. Your description suggests you have either a corrupt font or '_' in the data.
