You would probably have to use both switches, with the benefit names attached to the \b switch, thus:
{MERGEFIELD Mobile \b "Mobile phone £" \f "¶ "} where the ¶ is an actual paragraph break.

Hmmm, I'm clearly not very good at this because this does nothing. I think I shall consider myself beaten on this one - probably not good use of a CFO's time anyway!
