Dear,

I have tried one of the option mentioned above but with no luck as I still have to refresh the fields (eg Ctrl-A, then F9) to display the Images. The Path of the Image is included in the data field coming from excel.

Here is the syntax I follow:
{IF {INCLUDEPICTURE {IF TRUE «Picture»} \d} {INCLUDEPICTURE {IF TRUE «Picture»} \d}}
