I have an Excel with records like this:
class description owner class description owner class description owner class description owner ... ... The list is sorted by class. Most often, there are numerous records with the same class. To save page space and improve appearence I want to format for printing like this: class description owner description owner description owner class description owner description owner description owner description owner I understand the basics of MM but can't figure out how to do this. Any help appreciated. TIA Ed |
