Hi clawschieff,

Using the \b switch doesn't allow you to specifiy a different font from the mergefield.

You can use a field construction like:
{IF {MERGEFIELD Owner_Address} <> "" " of {MERGEFIELD Owner_Address}"}
with the 'of' formatted in a different font.
