See attached Demo.doc. It contains both a SET field that you might use if the data come from a field in your data source named 'Parenting Rights' and an ASK field that prompts the user for a choice. In either case, the same set of IF fields that follow these two would be used to generate the output. As it is, pressing Ctrl-A, then F9 will trigger the ASK field and inputting a number will cause the IF fields to do their thing.

Pressing Alt-F9 toggles the field code display on/off.


Note the the ASK field is limited in terms of what can be done to structure the questions, including an overall character limit, hence the amount of space padding within it.
