Hi all,
I am new to mail merge, so please bear with me if this is a bit of a dull one. I would like 3 blocks of data to print out on an A4 sheet....ie the info for each block is identical apart from the mail merge stuff...ie names and addresses etc. So I would like to print out 3 "blocks of info" per A4 sheet, and these will then be cut up into 3 slips. How can I do this, and ensure that I get exactly 3 "blocks" of data per sheet without any "splitting" over the page. I have tried the "label" option but cannot seem to get this to work? Any help gladly appreciated. Many thanks, Stu |

If you use a label merge, with a three-row table whose rows have a fixed height (each equal to 1/3 the available height), you should be able to get the desired result.
