Multiple mail merge records on the same page

1.How can I have multiple mail merge records on the same page instead of having one per page.




2.Each Record also has one of 12 headers. The headers are orders from 1 to 12. Is there a way I can get the header to only display when it changes.

It's not clear what you mean. From what you've described, one of at least three possible solutions might apply, but they're all quite different. It would be helpful if you could attach a copy of the document and a representaive set of your source data to a post (delete any sensitive data). You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.

Hi

I cant upload the file, because I cant upload files at work. I will try to explain the first point. Each record is only about 4 lines of text instead of having each record on a separate page I would like to have about 3 or 4 records per Page. How would I do this?

Given that you're working with varying numbers of records per page, you may be able to use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility (the terminology depends on the Word version).
