Thanks for the response. And strange that my post showed up on that other site. I did repost this to one other site...Word Banter.com. Maybe that created another post elsewhere, but I totally respect the posting ettiquette.

With my merge, for some reason Word leaves blank lines at the end of my document as far down as my merge language goes, which runs it off the page and onto a second page. I would have thought that your logic would apply, which is why this is so frustrating. So I'm trying to get rid of those extra lines from forming and have thus far been unsuccessful.
