Default Can I use the filter function to separate letters into separate files?

Good morning,

My name is Dan. I am new to this forum. I have a large document in which about 2,000 names are contained in 25 buildings. Is there a way I can use the filter function (or any function, really) to split the document and save by building (25 separate files)? I've been filtering each building individually and saving unique files, so I have to filter and save 25 times.

Have a good day!

Dan
