Hi eiker86,
I doubt this can be done with Word's mailmerge tools, as your data are not laid out in a format I'd regard as compatible with mailmerge field coding. It would almost certainly require some extensive vba coding, in which case, it may as well be done entirely from within Excel without recourse to Word at all.
