Problem with publishing an article

Hello, I am Bernhard Stockman. I have a problem in publishing an article. The forum
says "
Title: please use a meaningful and specific title to describe your question.
A long title is preferred"
My title is "Problem with the SUMIFS function in Excel 365" which seems
ok comparing with other articles. What to do?

The title should be OK, it's a general reminding message, not an error.
