Default Using (adding) different cells
I wish to add two cells together, from different sheets (i.e. Sheet 1 H12 + Sheet 2 K34) into say cell K40 on sheet 2.

Appreciate any help on this

Enter = in your result cell
Click H12 in sheet 1
Enter a + in the formula bar
Click the second cell (K34)
Press enter

Thank you Pecoflyer, I had managed before on another PC but just had a mental block ...... did sort it in the end, through trial and error this morning.
