Default Concatenate/merge contents of multiple cells

Hi. I'd like to merge the contents of multiple cells, but I also need to do it about 400 times. I don't want to type in the formula that many times. Can I do this quickly in one or two clicks as with the Autosum function?

Here's what I have so far:
In cell J2
=(D2&","&E2&","&F2&","&G2&","&H2)
In cell J3
=(D3&","&E3&","&F3&","&G3&","&H3)
and so on...

Plz help me.

Thx
