Hello,
Having an issue with printing in excel 2010 (ver: 14.0.5128.5000) 32-bit. Running Windows 7 64-bit OS. Issue: In print preview, it shows 1 page to print, and 1 copy. When I hit the "print" button it says "printing 1 of 17" pages. All of them come out BLANK. If I change the print area, it increases to "printing 1 of 174" pages. All are BLANK. I tried to save it as a .pdf, but all pages are BLANK in the pdf document. |

How is your page defined (ie in terms of the page setup)? When you activate the worksheet and press Ctrl-End, what cell gets activated?

Hey Paul,
When I ctrl+end = IV41 |

In that case, your workbook will print all the way to IV41. Evidently, you've applied formatting and/or have formulae or data extending all that way. I suggest deleting everything at the whole-of-column level beyond your last used column. Do likewise for every row beyond the last used row. If you don't get any errors as a result, saving the workbook then printing should solve the problem.

Going back to the questions raised in my first response:

You still haven't said anything about your page setup. Unless you've got masses of content extending beyond the cell boundaries, or you've somehow managed to make the cells larger than one page, even printing one cell per page could only account for 492 pages, not the 560 reported in your previous post.
